Upon separation, DRiV Incorporated will be a leading diversified, global supplier of innovative products and services to light and commercial vehicle customers, with more than 31,000 team members across the world. We operate in two business segments. Our Aftermarket segment will be one of the largest global multi-line, multi-brand aftermarket businesses, which sells and distributes a broad portfolio of products in the global vehicle aftermarket. Our original equipment (OE) segment will be one of the largest ride performance businesses, supplying the world’s leading original equipment manufacturers.

We have built an industry-leading brand portfolio on our way to becoming one of the largest suppliers of replacement parts to the global aftermarket. Our stable of the industry’s most well-respected enduring brands includes Monroe®, Walker®, Champion®, Fel-Pro®, MOOG®, Wagner®, Öhlins®, Rancho®, Thrush®, National®, Sealed Power®, among others.

For more than a century, we have developed the innovative products our customers need to produce the next generation of vehicles and maintain the present vehicle population. We currently manufacture these products in 51 locations across six continents. We believe that we are a preferred provider to our customers as a result of our global engineering, manufacturing, distribution and customer service capabilities. We continue to develop new technologies that enhance vehicle performance and comfort. As a result, we believe that we are uniquely positioned to effectively manage the life cycle of a broad range of original equipment and aftermarket products and services to a diverse customer base.
